Responsibilities

• Проектирование, сборка и сопровождение бэкенд-сервисов и архитектуры для платежей и онбординга
• Тесная работа с командой и стейкхолдерами на всех этапах жизненного цикла разработки
• Обеспечение стабильности и масштабируемости сервисов через чистую архитектуру
• Писать чистый, поддерживаемый и тестируемый код
• Развертывание и мониторинг приложений в продакшене
• Поиск и устранение проблем в проде
• Коммуникация с заинтересованными сторонами для согласования приоритетов и отчетности

• Design, build, and operate backend services and architecture for payments and onboarding
• Collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders across all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Ensure service stability and scalability through clean architecture and industry best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards
• Deploy and monitor applications in production
• Debug and mitigate production issues
• Communicate with stakeholders to align priorities and report progress

• 5+ Years of professional experience developing distributed backend applications
• Strong systems design and clean-architecture skills applied independently
• Ability to meet quality and architecture standards
• Passion for technology and Software Engineering with a drive for continuous improvement

• Observability mindset and a data-driven approach
• Ability to reflect on individual and team performance

• Nice to have: payments or comparable high-reliability transactional domain experience, fluency in TypeScript/Node.js, Google Cloud Platform experience with Pub/Sub and Firestore, observability tooling experience with Grafana and Prometheus
