Job summary

Mploy Associates is seeking a Back-End Software Engineer for our Talent Programs in the Netherlands. This role focuses on developing data pipelines, back-end services and CI/CD improvements while aligning with client needs and our structured training path over 24 months.

We look for graduates with IT backgrounds, eager to progress to medior/senior roles, and ready to join an international team that values growth, learning, and hands-on project experience.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of work experience in IT or related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or IT-related study.
• Knowledge of back-end components: REST APIs, integrations, microservices.
• Familiar with Linux/Unix/Windows, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with databases and network security.

Responsibilities

• Develop back-end software and data pipelines for client projects.
• Collaborate with analysts to refine backlog and translate requirements.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Contribute to secure, scalable architectures.
