Power Group is seeking a Product / Proposition Marketeer to strengthen its commercial foundation. You will develop clear, differentiated customer propositions and translate market insights into effective sales and marketing actions.

In this scale‑up phase, the role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, directly contributing to accelerating the commercial strategy and growth across the business units.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a technical, industrial, or energy‑related sector.
• Experience in product marketing, proposition development, or commercial strategy.
• Strong ability to translate technical solutions into customer value.
• Proven ability to drive execution and deliver tangible results.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer propositions (STARS) and translate technical solutions into customer value.
• Build market and customer insight through target segment analysis and win/loss studies.
• Define positioning and messaging to shift from product‑driven to value‑driven communication.
• Enable sales with core messaging, pitch structures, and value arguments.
• Drive execution of the commercial strategy and ensure initiatives are adopted.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align insights, propositions, and campaigns.
