Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable Azure infrastructure. You will implement IaC using Bicep, build CI/CD pipelines, and integrate security and compliance gates into deployment workflows.

The role requires 4–6 years of Azure Cloud and DevOps experience, with strong knowledge of IaC, DevOps tooling, and Azure Data Factory. Collaboration with security and operations teams is essential for reliable production deployments.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in Azure Cloud and DevOps engineering.
Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on expertise with Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.
Experience deploying and managing Azure cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies.
Experience with infrastructure automation, version control, and release management.
Strong understanding of Azure security, monitoring, logging, and operational best practices.
Experience with Azure Data Factory.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Bicep with reusable templates.
Build, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for infra and app deployments.
Implement IaC lifecycle management with validation, testing, versioning, and controlled releases.
Drive DevOps and DevSecOps practices through automation, version control, and environment standardization.
Ensure Azure environments are secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant with standards.
Integrate security, compliance, and quality gates into deployment pipelines.
Implement monitoring, logging, and operational best practices for production environments.
Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations to continuously improve deployment processes.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, build, and release issues.
