Job summary

HCL Technologies B.V. Netherland is seeking an IT operations professional with extensive experience in incident, change, and configuration management.

The role requires hands-on work with OpenShift or equivalent container platforms, containerized microservices, Java in virtualized environments, and strong proficiency in Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, Ansible, and Git. The candidate should be comfortable with monitoring stacks (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus), Oracle or other relational databases, Kafka

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Incident, Change, and Configuration Management (ITIL).
• Experience in Lifecycle management, risk management, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift or equivalent container platforms.
• Running containerized microservices.
• Running Java components in virtualized environment.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines using YAML, Ansible, Git).
• Knowledge of Ansible is must.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: ELK, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Experience with Oracle or other relational databases.
• Experience with Kafka topics usage.
• Experience or strong interest in Payments domain.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum way of working.
• Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation (24/7 service availability).
