EPAM Systems in Amsterdam, Netherlands invites a Data Solution Architect (Azure) to join in a hybrid role. You will design scalable data solutions, create logical data models, and define assets within Databricks Unity Catalog, aligning with enterprise architecture principles.

The role requires collaboration with senior leadership and technology partners to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience designing Azure-based data platforms.
• Strong data modelling and data integration experience.
• Experience with Unity Catalog for data governance and lineage.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and governance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and govern data architecture compliant with enterprise standards.
• Design logical data models and define data lineage.
• Register data products in Unity Catalog and oversee data governance.
• Provide architecture consultancy to align projects with best practices.
• Produce architecture views using tools like BiZZdesign or equivalent.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to meet strategic objectives.
• Mentor development teams on data architecture and integration practices.
• Maintain architecture documentation and decision logs.
