Job summary

Milence seeks a Cloud Engineer to design, deploy and operate Azure-based cloud infrastructure across development, testing and production environments. You will drive automation, implement IaC, monitoring and security controls, and collaborate with software, data, IoT and product teams to evolve Milence's cloud foundations.

You will own cloud platforms end-to-end, promote DevOps practices, and contribute to a scalable, secure and cost-aware cloud architecture in a fast-paced scale-up setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering or DevOps roles.
• Proven experience designing, deploying and managing Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience operating cloud platforms in business-critical environments.
• Experience with containerized applications and service orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability tooling.
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Knowledge of networking, cloud connectivity and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure across environments.
• Establish and manage development, acceptance and production environments with DevOps practices.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting across hybrid environments.
• Automate infrastructure and operational processes using IaC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud, network and infrastructure issues.
• Support secure cloud operations including IAM, VPNs and firewalls.
• Collaborate with software, data, IoT and product teams and own cloud platforms.
