Synadia is seeking an AWS Managed Services Engineer to own and protect mission critical AWS and IoT platforms. You will manage production-grade AWS environments, monitor performance, respond to incidents, and automate cloud operations to ensure continuity and security.

You will work with cloud engineers, developers and customers to keep systems reliable, scalable and compliant, helping clients run and grow their platforms globally.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with AWS production environments and cloud operations.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring, alerting and incident management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, IAM and operational best practices.
• Comfortable with infrastructure as code and automation workflows.
