Job summary

SITA is seeking a Technical Writer & Training Content Creator to transform complex engineering data into clear documentation and engaging multimedia content for global aviation products. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and service teams across the lifecycle to deliver accurate, usable training materials.

You’ll develop installation guides, maintenance manuals, and knowledge-base articles, supporting product launches and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical communication, engineering, multimedia or related field.
• Certifications in technical communication or instructional design are a plus.
• Experience with regulated products or safety/compliance documentation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain instructional videos, product demos, tutorials, and onboarding materials.
• Script, storyboard, record, edit, and publish professional training content.
• Develop installation guides, manuals, specifications, service bulletins and FAQs.
• Produce visuals such as diagrams, illustrations, and quick-reference guides.
• Gather and verify technical information from engineers and SMEs for accuracy.
