Job summary

Top Aces is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Associate to manage local stores inventory, satellite warehousing, and hazardous material inventories. The role requires coordinating with TA Logistics, performing in-coming inspections, and preparing items for shipment in compliance with dangerous goods procedures.

Candidates should have experience in shipping/receiving and ERP/MS Office proficiency, with strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Experience with shipping/receiving and inventory/stores management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; French a significant asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of TA policies and procedures.
• Manage local stores inventory and satellite warehousing.
• Maintain hazardous material / explosives inventory and certifications.
• Coordinate purchasing actions with TA Logistics and initiate local consumables purchasing.
• Receive merchandise, perform in-coming inspection, and update inventory system.
• Prepare items for shipping and ensure proper packaging; support cross-border shipments.
