Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations Management or Program Management experience.
• Experience with AV operations or field service support is a plus.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead scaling of rapid-response supply and regional operations with cross-functional partners.
• Serve as main contact for FSO partners, escalations, and resolutions.
• Lead Field Support Operator training in partnership with AV tech partners.
• Coordinate incident response drills and audits with FSO partners.
• Identify dependencies, influence budgets, define KPIs, and drive performance.
• Analyze data to report trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
