Job summary

Planon Group is seeking a Building Surveyor to assess the technical condition of diverse properties across the Netherlands. You will conduct site inspections and produce clear reports detailing structural and maintenance needs.

You'll combine fieldwork with office analysis, developing Long-Term Maintenance Plans (MJOPs) and cost estimates, and collaborating with colleagues in building consultancy and real estate advisory services. Autonomy and professional rigor are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, building maintenance, or technical asset management.
• Experience inspecting and assessing existing buildings.
• Knowledge of NEN 2767 and/or BOEI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Inventory and inspect building components and structures
• Perform condition assessments in accordance with NEN 2767 and/or BOEI
• Identify, assess, and document defects and maintenance risks
• Record inspection data using digital inspection software
• Prepare technical reports and Long-Term Maintenance Plans (MJOPs)
• Translate inspection findings into maintenance recommendations and cost estimates
• Independently plan and carry out inspection activities
• Collaborate with colleagues in building consultancy and real estate advisory services
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and the continuous improvement of working methods
