Bosal in the Netherlands is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Vianen to oversee planning, procurement, and logistics for automotive components and MRO materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted production and optimize costs.

The role requires a Bachelor in SCM related field, 5+ years in planning, and strong Excel/data skills, with fluent Dutch and English. Automotive experience is highly desirable; an attractive remuneration package is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in SCM, logistics or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain planning.
• Experience in automotive OEM or manufacturing is desirable.
• Strong Excel, data analysis and supplier management knowledge.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely procurement and supply of automotive OEM components and production materials.
• Proactively manage supplier performance and expedite deliveries to maintain production continuity.
• Source and procure MRO materials, equipment, tooling, PPE, and facility supplies.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production and Facilities to ensure material availability.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to meet quality, cost and on-time delivery targets.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate inbound logistics to ensure efficient flow of materials for production.
• Support inventory optimization to improve accuracy and reduce excess stock.
