Job summary

Bleckmann in the Netherlands is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on box erecting and closing machines, conveyors, ASRS, and robotics, ensuring reliability of automated infrastructure.

You will follow SOPs, coordinate with external contractors, support emergencies, audit tools monthly, and seek cost-saving improvements while delivering high-quality, precise work in a fast-changing international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance role in automated or technical environments.
• Strong detail orientation and quality focus.
• Able to work independently with a proactive, solution-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on automated warehouse equipment per SOPs.
• Report anomalies to the Supervisor Technical Support.
• Coordinate with external contractors during planned maintenance (permits, safety, access).
• Assist in emergency repairs and document repair activities for learning.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings in maintenance processes.
• Conduct monthly audits of tools and spare parts inventories.
