Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and reliability.
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on operational equipment to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
• Maintain and repair assembly equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Service warehouse and shipping equipment to support smooth logistics operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain automation equipment from suppliers to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in ServiceNow or equivalent systems for data-driven decisions.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures quickly to protect production schedules.
• Identify opportunities for equipment improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
• Develop innovative solutions using 3D printing and additive manufacturing to address maintenance challenges.
• Respond effectively to critical equipment breakdowns and implement preventive measures.
• Train operators on safe and correct use of machinery to promote safety and longevity.
• Prioritize maintenance activities to maintain buffers and targets.
