Job summary

Focus Engineering is seeking a Medior/Senior Automation Engineer for a System Integrator active across multiple industries in the Netherlands.

You will design, program and commission PLC/SCADA/HMI systems, primarily Siemens, with opportunities to work with Allen-Bradley and Codesys. International travel will be discussed during hiring.

Focus Engineering is currently looking for an Medior / Senior Automation Engineer for a System Integrator active in multiple industries in the Netherlands.

Focus Engineering assists you with the following:

• Finding a house in The Netherlands
• Taking out insurance policies
• Apply for the 30% ruling: Focus Engineering will apply on your behalf for the 30% ruling, which is a tax benefit you will receive as a skilled knowledge migrant. This means you will not pay any tax over the first 30% of your income in the Netherlands

The company and job:

• International System Integrator with a high diversity of projects in Maritime industry, Food, Oil & Gas, Water and more.
• You are involved in writing functional and technical design specifications.
• You are responsible for programming PLC,SCADA and HMI systems (mainly Siemens, but also Allen Bradley and Codesys).
• You are responsible for (in-house) testing and commissioning of PLC, SCADA en HMI systems (this is important to have experience with).
• International travelling will be discussed with the Automation Engineer.
