Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Deep expertise in Python, building packages/frameworks.
- Knowledge of C++ is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Engineer Enablement: support citizen developers through guidance, reviews, and reusable components.
- Hands-on Development: build and refine automation tools and data converters.
- Building Modules: develop Python packages that fit into the wider ecosystem.
- Drive projects to completion, turning ideas into reality while maintaining momentum.
- Translate complex physics or logistical problems into clean, atomic functions.
- Write robust code with tests and clear documentation for offshore use.
