Job summary

Jobster in Wateringen is seeking a hands-on automation-minded professional to take over admin tasks and turn repetitive work into scripts and system links. You will handle invoices, time entries, work orders, and bank transactions, while shaping the automation roadmap with a small, entrepreneurial team.

You bring practical automation results, a disciplined admin process, and the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical colleagues. Diplomas aren’t required.

Qualifications

• You have built something that actually runs, and you can show it
• Your administration is in order: an invoice with the wrong VAT is not a learning moment
• You know where a language model goes wrong and you build in the checks right away
• You can explain what you build to people who are not systems people
• The rest you learn here, and we do not look at diplomas

Responsibilities

• Half your week is administration and the other half you automate that administration away
• Develop scripts or links between systems to streamline invoices, time registration and banking
• Explain complex automation concepts to non-technical team members
• Collaborate with a small entrepreneurial team to scale automation initiatives
