Job summary

Champi-mer in the Netherlands is seeking a Machine Operator to run the automated packaging line for frozen mushrooms, from bulk boxes to pallets. You will monitor equipment, adjust settings, and coordinate with forklift drivers and other operators to ensure on-time production.

You will also perform general maintenance, ensure hygiene and safety standards, and report issues to the direct supervisor. Shifts run 05:00 AM to 01:00 PM, 01:00 PM to 09:00 PM, and 09:00 PM to 05:00 AM, with flexibility

Qualifications

You are proactive and have perseverance, ensuring the production process runs smoothly.
You enjoy teamwork but can work independently when needed.
You are comfortable working in a three-shift system: 05:00–13:00, 13:00–21:00, 21:00–05:00.

Responsibilities

Operate the automated packaging line for frozen mushrooms from bulk boxes to palletized shipments.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve maximum output within quality guidelines.
Coordinate with forklift drivers and other operators to ensure smooth material flow.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning, and carry out small repairs as needed.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness around the packaging line and report issues to the supervisor.
