Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands seeks a (Junior) Manager to lead and inspire an audit team, delivering high-quality audits for clients. You’ll guide junior staff, coordinate reporting, and ensure an efficient audit process with strong Dutch and English communication.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree, RA training (completed or in progress), 4–6 years of accounting experience, and strong written and spoken Dutch and English. This is a path for growth within a top-tier audit practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the service delivery plan for clients together with Partners and Managers.
• Identify key problem areas and risks and provide practical, actionable advice.
• Take responsibility for a significant part of the audit strategy.
• Coordinate and provide input for internal and external client reporting.
• Audit complex items in consolidated financial statements.
• Review consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Guide and support less experienced team members throughout the audit process.
• Be the first point of contact and trusted advisor to the team and clients.
