Job summary

KPMG Netherlands’ Digital Audit and Innovation (DANI) hub is hiring to bridge central and regional audit innovation. You will empower regional teams, deploy in-house tools, and shape data-analytics-driven audits to improve quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with third-party tool owners, lead workforce development for data analytics professionals, and drive adoption of D&A solutions on engagements. Hybrid work and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• This role requires a relevant bachelor and/or master degree.
• Experience with external audits is essential.
• Strong people and communication skills are required.
• Ability to foster collaboration and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Adaptable and committed to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Empower regional innovation teams to execute local initiatives and reach D&A adoption targets.
• Deploy in-house developed tools across engagements.
• Assist audit engagement teams in designing and implementing D&A-driven audits.
• Lead KPMG-wide programs for data analytics professionals and digital auditors.
