We are Airback, a travel brand from Amsterdam that has grown to over 1.5 million followers across Instagram and TikTok in just two years. Our videos have been watched hundreds of millions of times, and the content team is the engine behind it.
We are looking for a hands‑on audiovisual editor intern to join the team. You will learn to get into editing videos, supporting our content across paid and organic, and learning how a fast‑growing ecommerce brand actually operates day to day. If you know your way around Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and CapCut and you want to work on real content with real reach, keep reading.
You will be involved in video editing and content production from day one. Some days that means editing and finishing videos, other days it means supporting the team in producing the content.
- Edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Cut and edit longer‑form content for YouTube and the website
- Turn raw creator footage into polished, engaging final videos
- Add captions, subtitles and basic on‑screen text
- Assist with assembling footage and basic post‑production tasks
- Ensure videos are clean, consistent and ready for publishing
- Help with (pre) producing the content
- Spot patterns across organic and paid formats and bring ideas to the table
- Get involved in the day‑to‑day running of a growing online brand
- Sit close to decisions around product launches, campaigns and promotions
- Learn how content, paid media and the store all connect to drive sales
- Student in practical, career‑oriented education
- Hands‑on intern with experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and CapCut
- A good eye for pacing and what makes short‑form content actually work
- Curious about performance, you want to know why something did well, not just that it did
- Proactive and not precious, you are creative and bring ideas
- Comfortable working fast in a small team where things move quickly
- Studying media, marketing, communication, ecommerce or something related
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
- Your work goes out to channels with millions of real followers
