Job summary

East Carolina University is seeking several Hydration Specialists to support athletes during practices and competitions in the academic year. Responsibilities include assisting in hydration, setting up and tearing down practice/game spaces, and observing in the athletic training room as applicable.

Applicants must be current ECU students with a minimum GPA of 2.0 and be available mornings and weekends; afternoon hours are preferred. Pay is $8.00 per hour, non-exempt, and positions are on-campus.

Qualifications

• GPA Requirement Minimum of 2.0
• License/certification required
• Candidates interested in athletics or the athletic training profession — Excellent work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist in the hydration of ECU athletes during practices and competitions
• Assist in practice/game set-up and tear-down
• Assist/observe in the athletic training room as applicable
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Represent the Athletic Training staff well
