Holthinrichs Watches B.V. in Delft, the Netherlands, seeks a welcoming Atelier Host to greet visitors, tell the story of our independent watchmaking and ensure every appointment runs smoothly. You will work alongside sales, prepare experiences, and keep the atelier organised so watchmakers can focus on craft.

Fluent English and Dutch are required, with a passion for horology. This role offers daily interaction with collectors worldwide and a chance to grow knowledge of our in-house

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end hospitality or client-facing roles is essential.
• Interest in watches, craftsmanship or design, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to talk about products with enthusiasm and adapt to visitors.
• Clear, warm and well-written email communication.
• Fluent English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, organised, reliable and able to follow through.

Responsabilités

• Welcome visitors and host appointments from first email to departure.
• Tell the Holthinrichs story and explain collections and craftsmanship.
• Prepare appointments with sales to make visits personal and prepared.
• Follow up after visits with care, coordinating with sales.
• Keep the atelier presentable and handle day-to-day logistics.
• Assist with shipments and related administration using our systems.
• Be a dependable point of contact for team and visitors.
