Lead daily Value-Added Services operations, ensuring appropriate staffing, training, workflow coordination, and achievement of operational performance targets.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators including productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
Maintain compliance with health and safety, regulatory, quality, and hazardous materials requirements while promoting a safe and inclusive workplace.
Coach and develop team members through training, performance support, and development planning to improve operational capability and engagement.
Analyse operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate audits, inspections, standard operating procedure reviews, and corrective action activities to ensure ongoing compliance.
Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Engineering, Customer Service, and other business functions to support operational priorities, new products, and process improvements.
Support resource planning, warehouse layout optimisation, equipment utilisation, and operational readiness for business growth and change initiatives.
