Job summary

Talentmark Limited in Breda, Netherlands, invites applications for an Associate QA in the Incoming Quality Assurance team. You will sample, inspect and release incoming materials before they are used in packaging operations, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance in a regulated, multinational environment.

This part-time role is 24 hours per week onsite, with Fridays mandatory. From January to May there is a possibility to work full-time, after which the role continues with at least three days per week and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in QA or QC is a plus but not mandatory.
• GMP/GDP knowledge beneficial but learn on the job.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and a quality mindset.
• Ability to use ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Good writing skills and documentation habits.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Sample, inspect, review, and release incoming materials.
• Collect data and follow up with internal stakeholders or suppliers.
• Perform additional sampling and inspection as needed.
• Conduct damage inspection on received components.
• Provide QA oversight for the receiving component process.
