Job summary

NES Fircroft is assisting a world-renowned biotech company in recruiting a Jr. QA for the Incoming Quality Assurance team. You will sample, inspect, review, and release incoming materials before labeling and packaging operations.

The role is a 12-month on-site contract with potential renewal, part-time 3 days/week, with the possibility to switch to full-time from January 27. Fluency in English and GMP/GDP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• MBO, Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience, typically, three or more years of related Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience.
• GMP and/or GDP knowledge with the ability to interpret and apply in mainly routine cases.
• Fluent in English language, both verbal and written.
• UNDER 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Complete work in accordance with established procedures and practices.
• Ability to identify roadblocks for job completion and effectively upscale for resolution.
• Ability to work with digital systems, such as an ERP system (SAP).
• Effective communication skills at multiple levels and areas (inside and outside of Quality).
• Good attention to detail and sufficient writing skills.
• Team player, constructively working together towards solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all incoming materials meet procedural requirements for release, thereby upholding high standards for Quality and Compliance.
• Execute sampling, inspection, review, and release of incoming materials: printed and non-printed packaging components.
• Collect data and initiate follow up with internal stakeholders and/or suppliers to resolve issues.
• Perform additional sampling and inspection of components as needed.
• Perform damage inspection on received components as needed.
• Provide QA oversight for the receiving component process.
