Job summary

Applied Medical, based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort, Netherlands, seeks an Associate L&D Coordinator to support internal learning programs, scheduling, communications, system administration, documentation and reporting. You will maintain learning data and assist facilitators and stakeholders.

You will join an international environment with strong focus on quality, service and continuous improvement, reporting to the Team Leader L&D Support.

Are you an organized, service-oriented coordinator with a strong eye for detail and an interest in learning operations? Consider putting your skills in motion within our progressive medical device company.

At Applied Medical, we believe learning is a lifelong endeavor. As our Associate L&D Coordinator, you will support the accurate and timely execution of internal learning programs, from scheduling and learner communication to system administration, documentation, and reporting.

You will help create a reliable learner experience by following established processes, maintaining accurate learning data, and supporting facilitators and stakeholders. You will be based at our European headquarters in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, and will report to the Team Leader L&D Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning program logistics, including scheduling, enrollments, learner communication, materials, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate learning records, documentation, system entries, certificates, evaluation forms, and other program data
• Provide timely, service-oriented support to learners, facilitators, managers, and stakeholders, escalating complex issues where needed
• Support standard reporting and data quality by collecting, compiling, checking, and updating learning data
• Follow established workflows, quality standards, and company policies while identifying opportunities to improve learning operations

What You Bring

• MBO+ level of education, preferably in Learning and Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in coordination, administration, HR, operations, or learning support
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, priorities, and follow-up accurately
• A service-oriented mindset and clear, timely, and professional communication style
• Experience with learning systems, administrative systems, or the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Ability to work accurately with data, reports, Excel, or similar tools
• Interest in using or learning AI-enabled tools for operational support, such as communication drafting or reporting assistance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
