Every day more than 1000 people from 38 different nationalities are working on supply chain processes, manufacturing, marketing, and sales of our medicines and clinical research into new medicines.**What you will do**As Associate Director Supply Chain, you will be a key member of the Amgen Breda Site Supply Chain Leadership Team. In this role, you will lead a high-performing planning organization that ensures agile, efficient, and reliable product supply across the world. This position combines strategic influence with operational leadership. You’ll manage a team of 15 employees, including a more operational focused manager, detailed schedulers, product planners and component buyers, while also shaping End-to-End strategic projects that fuel growth, enhance efficiency, and introduce innovation.
