Jobster in Tilburg zoekt een Assistent Warehouse Manager die de kern van onze magazijnoperaties vormt. Je bewaakt dagelijkse prestaties, coördineert activiteiten op de vloer en gebruikt data om slimmer te werken, van procesverbeteringen tot kostenbeheersing.

In deze rol ondersteun je ons team bij het analyseren van KPI's, het plannen van personeel en het fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor Finance en Accounting. Bij goed functioneren krijg je een vast contract en ruimte voor initiatief.

Qualifications

• 5+ jaar ervaring in magazijnwerk.
• MBO+/HBO-niveau denk- en werkkunde.
• Uitstekende Excel-vaardigheden.
• Engels vloeiend; Nederlands of andere talen zijn een plus.
• Sterke numerieke analysevaardigheden.

Responsibilities

• Coördineer supply chain-processen en relaties met leveranciers.
• Controleer kosten en verken facturen voor kostenbesparingen.
• Analyseer KPI's en maak rapportages (bijv. WBR/MBR).
• Toezicht op personeelsbezetting, inclusief tijdelijk personeel.
• Ondersteun operationele taken en fungeer als aanspreekpunt voor Finance en Accounting.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate: supply chain processes and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations;
• Monitor: costs and review invoices to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities;
• Analyze: performance metrics and prepare reports (e.g., WBR and MBR) to improve KPI outcomes;
• Oversee: workforce planning, including managing temporary staff to meet operational demands;
• Support: operational tasks and act as the point of contact for internal departments like Finance and Accounting.

Functie-eisen

We’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with data, improving processes and making warehouse operations run more efficiently.

• 5+ years of experience in warehousing;
• MBO+ education or demonstrable HBO-level thinking and working skills;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Fluent in English; Dutch or other languages are a plus;
• Strong numerical analysis skills; proactive and solution-oriented.
