Jobster zoekt een assistent 4-shift supervisor voor ons depot in Bleiswijk. Je combineert hands-on werk met teamleiding, bewaakt efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid en lost operationele vraagstukken op binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

De functie vereist aantoonbare leiderschapscapaciteiten, hands-on instelling en het vermogen om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken. Beloning en reiskostenregeling zijn inbegrepen; er is zicht op een vast dienstverband.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO-niveau of vergelijkbare ervaring.
• Aantoonbare leiderschap en communicatieve vaardigheden.
• Hands-on instelling en probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Coördineren van sorteerprocessen met focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit.
• Leiden, begeleiden en motiveren van logistiek personeel dagelijks in samenwerking met de coördinator.
• Plannen en organiseren van taken en goederenstroom.
• Deelnemen aan operationele taken zoals orderpicken en lokaliseren van producten.
• Toezicht houden op SLA-naleving en een veilige werkomgeving waarborgen.

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate: ensure efficient sorting processes while monitoring quality, safety, and productivity;
• Lead: guide, monitor, and motivate logistics employees daily in collaboration with the coordinator;
• Plan: prepare and organize tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing goods flow;
• Contribute: participate in operational tasks such as order picking, locating products, and maintaining order in the depot;
• Monitor: oversee SLA compliance and ensure a safe working environment for the team.

• Salary between €2,611 and €3,264 gross per month;
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
• Full-time role in a 5-shift schedule (40 hours weekly);
• Shift allowance based on applicable labor agreements;
• Travel allowance up to €7.54 per day;
