Job summary

McCain Foods Holland B.V. in Rilland is seeking an Assistant Teamleader Production to support the Teamleader in daily production coordination, supervise about 15 operators, and help ensure safety, quality, and targets are met.

The role blends hands-on production with leadership, offering a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth. The salary starts at €3,750.40 per month with a 17% shift allowance and benefits including holidays, a year-end bonus, and a commuting allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• HACCP certification and/or training, or willingness to obtain.
• Safety training such as Safety Induction.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to monitor progress and coordinate team activities.
• Leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written.

About The Role

As Assistant Teamleader Production, you play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. You support the Teamleader Production in the daily coordination of production activities, help lead production employees, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved. About The Team

You will be part of the Production team at McCain Appetizers Europe B.V. in Rilland. In this role, you work closely with the Teamleader Production, Assistant Teamleader Packing, Quality Control, and Technical Services teams. You provide functional and operational leadership to approximately 15 production operators and employees, helping create a safe, productive, and engaged working environment.

Employment conditions

• A salary starting at €3.750,40,- up to €4.228,96,- max including 17% shift allowance, depending on work experience.
• 25 holidays and 15 ADV days per year (option to sell your ADV days in exchange for higher monthly salary)
• Holiday allowance 8%
• End‑of‑year Bonus of 3%
• Commuting allowance of €0.23 per km with a max 100 km per day (two way).
