Job summary

Bershka in Utrecht is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead on the shop floor. You will drive the store experience, motivate the team, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand at its best.

Your focus is both operational and commercial: monitor performance with KPIs and merchandising tools, manage product placement and replenishment, organise deliveries, and prepare the store for key trading moments.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to monitor performance via KPIs and use merchandising tools.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Customer-focused approach and brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager on shop floor leadership and operations.
