JD Sports Netherlands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to energize the team and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You will guide the store alongside the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to procedures and representing the JD brand with pride.
Your daily focus includes driving sales, mentoring staff, analyzing performance data, and maintaining a visually engaging store environment. This role requires leadership, efficiency, and clear communication for ongoing development.
Your main mission will be to bring out the maximum energy from your team to overcome every challenge. And all of this while delivering a customer experience that leaves a lasting impression! You will be the one guiding them to success together with the Store Manager, ensuring that every team member follows procedures and proudly represents our brand.
You’ll have the support of all JD departments: Retail, Development, Visual Merchandising, People, Customer Service, Profit Protection… Everyone working with and for you!
