INDITEX's Zara in Amsterdam seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a motivated team on the shop floor. You’ll balance operational execution with commercial focus, guiding product placement, replenishment, deliveries, and brand standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll help with scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and team development, while maintaining store operations, security, health and safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Authorisation to work in the EU without sponsorship.
• Hands-on leadership and proactive mindset.
• Strong organizational and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the shop floor and drive KPIs to meet targets.
• Oversee product placement, replenishment, deliveries and brand standards.
• Assist scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and team development with HR and Store Manager.
• Maintain store operations, security, health & safety, and sustainability policies.
