Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a meat department professional to keep market and seafood cases full, rotated, and fresh with prepackaged meats. You will cut, weigh, package, and label products as needed while promoting excellent customer service.

The role requires experience in meat cutting and strong knowledge of food safety, inventory, and teamwork. Evening and weekend shifts may be required in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One or more years of related meat department experience preferred.
• Food Handler and Manager Food Safety certifications are required.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, and direct work with upper management.
• Review historical data on sales, ads, and promotions; co-manage inventory for in-stock levels.
• Improve sales performance, product quality, and overall standards.
• Check inventory on trucks, unload products, and ensure accurate paperwork.
