Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a meat department team member who will keep market and seafood cases full and fresh, cut and weigh products, and support excellent customer service. You will work with store teams to rotate stock, label products, and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with inventory, reviewing sales data, and helping drive store performance while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, and direct work.
• Review historical data on sales, ads and promotions; manage inventory levels.
• Maintain and improve sales performance and product quality; ensure safety standards.
• Check inventory on trucks; unload and verify product orders and paperwork.
• Cut, weigh, package, and label products; ensure proper sizing and labeling.
