Job summary

Olympia Roosendaal is seeking a hands-on Assistant Teamleader Logistics on a full-time basis for a client in Oud Gastel, near Breda, Etten-Leur and Bergen op Zoom. The role is temporary-to-permanent, with a monthly gross salary of €3,000–€3,500 depending on experience and regular daytime hours from 8:45 to 17:15, Monday to Friday.

You will supervise warehouse operations, coordinate a team of 18, monitor stock with WMS, and support the Team Leader while ensuring accurate inventory and smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing or material handling.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Flexible for occasional Saturdays around quarter ends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and distribute incoming materials.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accuracy.
• Pick and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Support daily logistics activities and team coordination.
• Act as first point of contact on the warehouse floor.
