Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and lead a restaurant team to provide great food and a friendly guest experience. You will oversee daily operations, implement safety standards, and drive a culture of accountability and teamwork.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and performance management, with opportunities for career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position requiring a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Required Or Preferred Experience

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, the ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
