Job summary

Unique in Breda zoekt een assistent 4-shift supervisor om de depôtoperaties in Bleiswijk te ondersteunen. Je combineert hands-on taken met het aansturen van een team logistieke medewerkers, gericht op efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder meer het coördineren van sorteerprocessen, het leiden van het team, het plannen van taken en Het waarborgen van SLA-naleving en een veilige werkomgeving.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO-niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Ervaring in leidinggeven en personeelsbegeleiding.
• Hands-on mentaliteit en oplossingsgericht.

Responsibilities

• Coördineer processen en bewaak kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit.
• Licht dagelijks leiding aan logistieke medewerkers en motiveer het team.
• Plannen en organiseren van taken, goederenstroom en werkzaamheden.
• Deeltijdige operationele taken zoals orderpicking en orderlocatie.
• Toezicht houden op naleving van SLA en veilige werkomgeving.

As an assistant 4 shift supervisor, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our depot in Bleiswijk. You'll balance hands-on tasks with guiding a team of logistics employees, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. What You Will Do:

• Coordinate: ensure efficient sorting processes while monitoring quality, safety, and productivity;
• Lead: guide, monitor, and motivate logistics employees daily in collaboration with the coordinator;
• Plan: prepare and organize tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing goods flow;
• Contribute: participate in operational tasks such as order picking, locating products, and maintaining order in the depot;
• Monitor: oversee SLA compliance and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
