Job summary

Jobslim.nl in Hoofddorp zoekt een Assembleur/Assemblage Technician voor het opbouwen van hoogwaardige mechanische en mechatronische systemen. Je werkt met tekeningen en werkvoorschriften en je bewaakt de kwaliteit van elk product.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst van 06:00–14:00 en 14:00–22:00, en verdient tussen €2.800 en €3.500 bruto per maand. Er is 16% ploegentoeslag, 30 vakantiedagen en volop mogelijkheden voor training en carrière-ontwikkeling.

Qualifications

• Technische achtergrond of sterke technische affiniteit.
• Ervaring met assemblage, mechanisch werk of technische productieomgeving is een pré.
• In staat technische tekeningen te lezen en mee te werken.
• Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oog voor detail.
• Leer- en ontwikkelingsgericht in technische vaardigheden.
• Interesse in mechanische en mechatronische systemen.
• Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
• Bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Assemblage van mechanische en mechatronische systemen volgens tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Gebruik van handgereedschap en omgaan met technische componenten.
• Controleren en testen van geassembleerde producten op kwaliteit.
• Volgen van procedures, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Uitvoeren van assemblagewerk in een schone, georganiseerde productieomgeving.
• Signaleren van verbeteringen en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie.
• Samenwerken met collega’s van verschillende afdelingen om kwaliteit en efficiëntie te verbeteren.
• Voorbereiden, controleren en verpakken van eindproducten voor verzending.

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and completing high-quality mechanical and mechatronic systems. You will work with technical drawings and work instructions and ensure that every product meets the required quality standards.

As an Assembly Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling mechanical and mechatronic systems based on technical drawings and work instructions;
• Using hand tools and working with various technical components;
• Checking and testing assembled products to ensure they meet quality requirements;
• Working according to established procedures, safety regulations and quality standards;
• Performing assembly work in a clean and organised production environment;
• Identifying potential improvements and contributing ideas for process optimisation;
• Working closely with colleagues from different departments to improve quality and efficiency;
• Preparing, checking and packaging finished products for shipment.
