Job summary

Waters zoekt een Assemblage Specialist op de locatie in Drachten om geautomatiseerde laboratoriumsystemen te bouwen en te testen ter ondersteuning van professionele zorg en onderzoekers wereldwijd.

Je werkt volgens technische tekeningen en kwaliteitsnormen, voert functionele tests uit en draagt bij aan continue verbetering met aandacht voor detail en veiligheid.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in assemblage, productie, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of fijnmechanica.
• Vaardigheid in lezen en interpreteren van tekeningen en werkinstructies.
• Ervaring met meetapparatuur en volgen van gedetailleerde processen.
• Nauwkeurigheid, kwaliteit en proactieve houding.

Responsibilities

• Assembleren van modules en subassemblages volgens tekeningen en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Functionele testen uitvoeren om te voldoen aan operationele vereisten.
• Technische documentatie interpreteren en opvolgen.
• Zorgen voor 5S+1-principes en veiligheid op de werkplek.
• Signaleren van afwijkingen en bijdragen aan oplossingen.
• Suggesties doen voor verbetering van efficiëntie en kwaliteit.
• Technische storingen zelfstandig oplossen waar mogelijk.
• Samenwerken met verschillende productie-teams.

Als onderdeel van de integratie van BD Biosciences en Diagnostic Solutions met Waters Corporation, maak je met deze functie deel uit van Waters, een wereldwijd leider op het gebied van laboratorium innovatie.
Op onze locatie in Drachten draag je bij aan de productie van geautomatiseerde laboratoriumsystemen die zorgprofessionals en onderzoekers wereldwijd ondersteunen in de strijd tegen ziekten en antimicrobiële resistentie. Als Assemblage Specialist speel je een belangrijke rol bij het bouwen en testen van hoogwaardige systemen die bijdragen aan betere patiëntuitkomsten over de hele wereld.

In onze productieomgeving assembleer je complexe onderdelen, werk je volgens technische specificaties en zorg je ervoor dat elk product voldoet aan de kwaliteits- en prestatienormen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Assembleren van complexe modules en subassemblages aan de hand van technische tekeningen, werkinstructies en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Uitvoeren van functionele testen om te controleren of producten voldoen aan de operationele vereisten.
• Nauwkeurig interpreteren en opvolgen van technische documentatie.
• Handhaven van hoge normen op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en werkplekorganisatie, inclusief de 5S+1-principes.
• Signaleren van product- of procesafwijkingen en bijdragen aan een passende oplossing.
• Aandragen van ideeën om efficiëntie, kwaliteit en dagelijkse werkzaamheden verder te verbeteren.
• Zelfstandig oplossen van technische storingen waar mogelijk.
• Ondersteunen van collega’s en samenwerken met verschillende productie teams.

Jouw profiel:

• Ervaring in assemblage, productie, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, fijnmechanica of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
• Vaardigheid in het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen, specificaties en werkinstructies.
• Ervaring met het gebruik van eenvoudige meetapparatuur en het volgen van gedetailleerde processen.
• Oog voor detail en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
• Proactieve houding ten aanzien van leren, probleemoplossing en continue verbetering.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en basiskennis van het Engels.
