Job summary

ASML in the Netherlands is seeking an Assembler Technician to build and assemble advanced machinery used for chip manufacturing. You will work in a clean, modern facility with team-oriented culture, receive training from experienced colleagues, and contribute to high-quality production. The role includes a two-shift schedule and relocation support.

Salary ranges from €47,500 to €53,500 per year, with a shift allowance and relocation assistance provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Vocational qualification (Level 3 or 4 mbo) in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive technology, installation technology) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience reading technical drawings or work instructions.
• Good practical and mechanical skills.
• Good level of English for daily communication and work instructions.

Assembler Technician

Do you like working with your hands and building technical products? As an Assembler Technician, you help build some of the most advanced machines in the world. These machines are used to make computer chips. You can find these chips in phones, cars, medical equipment, and many other products that people use every day.

Schedule and Location

The Assembler Technician position is based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands.

You will work in a two‑shift schedule:

• Early shift: 06:30 – 15:30
• Late shift: 15:00 – 00:00

You will work one weekend each month. Working shifts can affect your daily routine and sleeping pattern, but provide more free time during the day. You will receive an extra allowance for working shifts.

Salary and Benefits

The expected fixed annual salary is between €47,500 and €53,500. This amount includes holiday allowance and a 13th‑month payment and is based on a full‑time contract. Profit sharing is not included. Because this is a shift position, you will receive a shift allowance on top of your salary. Your final salary will depend on factors such as your skills, education, work experience, certifications, and performance during the selection process.

Relocation

We support relocation to the Netherlands and will provide temporary accommodation.

• Access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
