Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an Assembly Engineer (MBO+) in Eindhoven to ensure production processes run efficiently on the shop floor. You will troubleshoot issues, support operators, and contribute to continuous improvement.

You will create and update work instructions, train operators, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with introducing new products and equipment while upholding our high ethical standards and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Support operators on the shop floor with technical questions and problems
• Monitor process performance (e.g. scrap rates and quality)
• Contribute to and implement process improvements
• Create and update work instructions and procedures
• Train operators on processes and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs
• Support the introduction of new products and equipment
