Job summary

Qarry in Helmond is seeking several Assembly Operators to join a fast-growing team building smart electric vehicles for urban mobility. This hands-on role involves assembling mechanical and electrical sub assemblies, wiring, and testing, with a focus on quality and process improvement.

You will work daytime hours in a collaborative environment, take ownership of tasks, and have opportunities to grow into quality control, process improvement, or technical support roles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on assembly experience in production/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to identify and solve practical problems on the line.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare parts and materials for assembly.
• Assemble mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies.
• Install and connect wiring harnesses and electrical components.
• Perform functional tests (lighting, brakes, drive systems) and ensure quality.
• Improve production processes and update work instructions.
• Take ownership of additional responsibilities as needed.
