Qualifications

• Interess voor machines, technologie en voedingsproductie.
• Gemotiveerd, praktisch en leergierig.
• Nauwkeurig werken met aandacht voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid.
• Bereid om in 2- of 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Spreekt Engels; kennis van Nederlands is geen vereiste.
• Bereid om in de loop der tijd Nederlands te leren.
• Ervaring in productie of als machine-operator is een pluspunt.
• Teamspeler die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, monitoren en afstellen van productiemachines.
• Zorgen dat het productieproces soepel en efficiënt verloopt.
• Controleren van productkwaliteit en voldoen aan normen.
• Identificeren van kleine machinestoringen en waar mogelijk oplossen.
• Werkplek schoon, veilig en georganiseerd houden volgens hygiëne-voorschriften.
• Nauw samenwerken met collega’s om productiedoelstellingen te halen.
• Volgen van alle veiligheids- en bedrijfsprocedures.

We are looking for a motivated Machine Operator to join a modern food production facility in Amsterdam. You will play an important role in ensuring that the production process runs smoothly, safely and efficiently. You will operate and monitor machinery, check product quality and help maintain a clean and organised working environment. The position is available in either a 2‑shift or 3‑shift system, allowing you to choose the schedule that best suits your situation. English‑speaking candidates are very welcome! Speaking Dutch is not a requirement to get started. A willingness to learn Dutch is considered a plus. Interested?
