Job summary

Lonza in Geleen, Netherlands, is seeking an Aseptic Training Specialist I to ensure staff have the knowledge and skills for aseptic manufacturing. You will deliver hands-on training, coach workers in classified areas, monitor behaviors, and help improve training standards and procedures.

The role is fully site-based to enable close collaboration and high-precision manufacturing of medicines. You will contribute to training materials, oversee deviations, CAPAs and audits related to aseptic

Qualifications

• BSc or equivalent educational background in science or related discipline.
• Experience delivering GMP training in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of aseptic behaviour and sterile manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and GMP training focused on aseptic behavior and environment.
• Coach employees entering aseptic/manufacturing areas and support certification programs.
• Monitor aseptic practices, gowning, and manufacturing activities to identify training needs.
