Job summary

Lonza Geleen, Netherlands, is seeking an Aseptic Training Specialist to deliver hands-on GMP training for aseptic manufacturing. You will coach staff and contractors in classified areas, monitor practices, and contribute to training standard improvements to ensure high quality and safety in manufacturing.

The role is site-based, requiring hands-on collaboration, strong attention to detail, and capability to drive trends and training enhancements across departments.

Qualifications

• BSc or equivalent educational background in science or related discipline.
• Experience delivering GMP training in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of aseptic behaviour and sterile manufacturing practices.
• Experience with electronic GxP training platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Self-starting, adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and GMP training focused on aseptic behaviour and environments.
• Coach employees entering aseptic and classified areas, supporting the aseptic behaviour program.
• Monitor aseptic practices and gowning techniques to identify training needs.
• Analyse trends and develop training materials and improvements.
• Support cleanroom management and training of personnel involved in cleaning activities.
• Generate reports and support QA teams with training and compliance activities.
