Job summary

Real is seeking a GMP Training Specialist in the Maastricht area to deliver onboarding, GMP and aseptic behaviour training in a highly regulated environment. You will coach on aseptic techniques, monitor trends, update curricula, and work with Manufacturing and Quality to strengthen compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment.
• Practical knowledge of aseptic processing and cleanroom operations.
• Experience delivering GMP training or coaching learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver GMP and aseptic training to staff and contractors in classified manufacturing areas.
• Coach and certify personnel on aseptic techniques and cleanroom behaviours.
• Monitor training needs, identify compliance trends, and implement improvements.
• Maintain and update training materials and curricula.
• Generate reports and support audits and CAPA activities.
