Job summary

Oxford Global Resources in the Netherlands seeks a trainer to assess, develop, and improve GMP and aseptic training strategies for a 24/7 manufacturing site.

You will monitor GMP/aseptic practices, deliver training, and develop materials, while raising deviations when needed and supporting investigations, CAPAs, risk assessments, and audits.

Qualifications

• GMP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience.
• Experience creating and delivering training materials.
• Strong English communication, detail-oriented, self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GMP and aseptic practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide GMP- and aseptic-focused training to workers on site.
• Develop training materials and programs.
• Raise deviations related to GMP and aseptic work when needed.

Our client is looking for motivated trainers to assess, develop, and improve the GMP and aseptic training strategies in their 24/7 manufacturing site.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy quality-focused operations and who are interested in working with people, ensuring their improvement in the manufacturing floor. You will be:

• Monitor GMP and aseptic practices and identify areas of improvement.
• Provide GMP- and aseptic-focused training to workers in the manufacturing site.
• Develop training materials.
• If needed, raise deviations related to GMP and aseptic work.
• Support with investigations, CAPAs, risk assesments, and audits related to GMP- and aseptic work.

Profile

• Degree or equivalent in the sciences.
• Experience working aseptic and in GMP conditions.
• An excellent understanding of aseptic manufacturing practices.
• Experience with training and developing training material.
• Excellent communication in English, self starter mentality, and attention to detail.
• Available to work in a 5-shift rotation.
